Week 1: Awaken the Artist Within

Awakening the Artist Within is the process of reconnecting with the creative spark that has always lived inside you — the part that longs to express, explore, and make meaning from your experiences. It’s not about talent or perfection; it’s about permission. Permission to play, to experiment, to create without judgment. When you awaken your inner artist, you begin to see life itself as a canvas. Problems become possibilities. Emotions become color. Your voice becomes visible. And in that awakening, you don’t just make art — you remember who you truly are.

Week 2: Releasing Emotional Blockages

This module is all about releasing emotional blockages. The Yoga practice, breath work and therapeutic art expression together create a synergistic atmosphere within your body, mind and soul to facilitate the releasing of energy blockages within you.

Week 3: Healing The Feminine

Healing the feminine is the process of reconnecting to the parts of you that have been silenced, hardened, overextended, or conditioned to survive instead of feel. It’s about restoring your relationship with intuition, creativity, softness, receptivity, emotional honesty, and embodied wisdom. For many women, this means releasing the pressure to constantly prove, perform, or push — and learning to trust the rhythm of their own inner knowing. The benefits are profound: deeper self-worth, healthier boundaries, more aligned relationships, increased creativity, emotional resilience, and a grounded sense of peace that doesn’t depend on external validation.

Week 4: Creative Courage Activation

Creative Courage Activation is the intentional process of awakening the bold, expressive part of you that has been waiting for permission to rise. It’s where fear and inspiration meet — and instead of shrinking, you choose to move forward anyway. This activation isn’t about being fearless; it’s about feeling the resistance and creating from the heart regardless. When you activate creative courage, you unlock clarity, confidence, and momentum. You stop overthinking and start expressing. You stop waiting and start building. It’s the moment you decide your vision matters more than your doubt — and that decision changes everything.

Week 5: Rewriting the Personal Myth

Rewriting the Personal Myth is the conscious decision to challenge the old story you’ve been living inside — the one shaped by past wounds, conditioning, fear, and expectations that were never truly yours. It’s recognizing that the narrative of “I’m not enough,” “It’s too late,” or “This is just who I am” is not truth — it’s habit. When you rewrite your personal myth, you step out of survival identity and into authorship. You begin choosing beliefs that align with who you are becoming, not who you were taught to be. The result is powerful: renewed confidence, expanded possibility, deeper self-trust, and the freedom to design your life from intention instead of history.

Week 6: Embodying the Muse

Embodying the Muse is about becoming the source of your own inspiration instead of waiting for it to arrive. It’s stepping into your life as art — how you move, speak, create, rest, and express. The Muse isn’t something outside of you; it’s the awakened energy within that feels deeply, sees beauty everywhere, and dares to translate that beauty into action. When you embody the Muse, you live creatively on purpose. You trust your intuition, honor your desires, and allow inspiration to flow through your body, your work, and your presence.

Week 7: Sharing Your Light

Sharing your light is the courageous act of allowing your authentic self to be seen — your wisdom, your creativity, your compassion, your truth. It’s recognizing that what you carry inside isn’t meant to be hidden or minimized. When you share your light, you stop shrinking to make others comfortable and start standing fully in who you are. The beautiful part? Your light doesn’t diminish when you give it — it expands. It warms rooms, sparks inspiration, and gives other women silent permission to rise too.

Week 8: Integration & Celebration

Integration and Celebration is the sacred pause after growth — the moment you stop striving and allow what you’ve learned to fully land in your body. Integration is where insight becomes embodiment, where the shifts you’ve experienced settle into your nervous system and become part of who you are. Celebration is equally powerful; it acknowledges your courage, your consistency, and the inner work you’ve done. When you take time to honor your progress instead of rushing to the next goal, you reinforce self-trust and self-worth. This is where transformation becomes sustainable — not through pressure, but through presence and gratitude.

ABOUT ME

My path to creative healing was shaped by life's struggles and hardships, not a straight line. I've moved through loss, trauma, divorce and cancer. Seasons of devotion, challenges, responsibility, and transition that gradually pulled me away from my own creative voice. As a mother and grandmother, I learned deep presence and love, while quietly holding a longing to return to the parts of myself that felt most alive.

That return came through the body. By reconnecting with yoga, breathwork, meditation, and creative expression, I experienced a profound creative rebirth — not as something to achieve, but as something to remember. Emotional blocks softened, intuition deepened, and creativity re-emerged as a source of healing and self-trust.

Today, I guide women in transition through the same gentle, embodied process — weaving movement, breath, mindfulness, and therapeutic art to create nourishing spaces where creativity awakens and identity is reclaimed. This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who truly you are.

Questions, gently answered

How much time do I need each week?

Plan for 90 minutes for the main live or recorded session, plus any additional time you will need to answer the journal creative prompts. Take as much or as little time as you’d like for those creative prompts. You are looking at about 2 hours, more or less.

What if I can’t make the live sessions?

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours, so you can join from any time zone. You’ll have access to replays for at least 6 months after the program ends.

Is this suitable for beginners or people with injuries?

Yes. Movements are gentle and low-impact and offered with variations. You’re always invited to pause, rest, or adapt. If you have specific injuries or concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before joining.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. Creative Sanctuary is an educational and wellness program and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. It can sit alongside the care you already receive.
